Some methods for controlling R. solani on potatoes are listed and aspects of
chemical control using new (pencycuron, mepronil and tolclofos-methyl)
and old (iprodione, mancozeb, etc.) fungicides are described. Using a range of
products in order to avoid pathogen fungicide-tolerance build-up is
recommended
